PRE-CONSTRUCTION SOIL TREATMENT Pacific Pest Control's 3-Phase Treatment comes with a 3-year warranty.  Our treatments include the floor slab, footings/foundation and perimeter.  The treatments are done at the contractor's convenience and all work is guaranteed.  We use EPA approved chemicals and our technicians are EPA certified and professionally trained.  There is no need to evacuate the job site and work can resume once the soil dries. *Prices are based on per square foot.
